Responsible for the coordination and planning of the inventory valuation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies for inventory and financial statementreporting.
Assist in the establishment, monitoring and enforcement of inventory control procedures including SOX compliance.
Responsible for timely and accurate month-end close (inventory ledgers) activities in accordance with GAAP and corporate Policy, with emphasis on production related costs and inventory valuation, including journal entry preparation and inventory account balance verification
Prepare and analyze monthly COGS and margins .
Prepare and analyze account reconciliations
Responsible to prepare management reports relating to variances, scrap, financial metrics, andother account analysis as required.
Interface and engage with local finance for other business tasks as requested including interaction with other cross-functional areas.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting research for COGS.
Represent IV as an expert on achieving COGS targets
Other, as supervisor may order or priorities.
The work priorities are defined with the manager/ supervisor.
At least Bachelor Degree
Experience in Manufacturing Accounting / Controlling/ Inventory Accounting,/P&L and Margin etc.
Must have an excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team.
Working knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) systems and Microsoft applications (Advanced Excel skills)
Results oriented professional with excellent problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Demonstrates ability to work in culture of compliance
