UBS Financial Services Internship in Client Onboarding Team (with German) in Wroclaw, Poland

Your role:

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

-reviewing incoming documents for clients according to internal and external regulations,

  • capturing client static data based on client and front office documentation

  • capturing client static data based on client and front office documentation

  • providing client advisors support with document management with the onboarding or maintaining of client relationships

  • ensuring that the document records correspond with the data in system

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Client Onboarding Team in Wroclaw and support them with orderly and timely execution of their operational processes in the bank. Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in Onboarding team.

Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with a possibility of an extension, based on a 30-40 hour week with working hours 8:30 am-5.00pm.

Your experience and skills:

You don't have to show us previous professional experience, but if you have it, it’s an asset.

You have:

  • student status or university degree

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • problem solving skills

You are:

  • good in German and English

  • a motivated person with pro-active attitude

  • adaptable, able to work in the team
