Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs division in Wroclaw is looking for a talented individual to join Research Clearance and Chaperone team within Control Room function. You will become a member of a dynamic team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered, as well as how risks are measured. You will be responsible for growing variety of tasks:
Review of Equity Research Reports and other market publications against reputational and regulatory issues.
Control of the flow of information between Research and Investment Banking departments to minimize the risk of unauthorized dissemination of material non-public information and to protect the independence of Research analysts.
Maintenance of the insider list reporting tool, including regular updates of the persistent insider lists.
Providing compliance advise to Research and Investment Banking.
Communicating with Research Analysts, Bankers and Compliance Officers to resolve potential breaches of Information Barrier Policies and Procedure.
Implementing trading and research restrictions in conjunction with Credit Suisse policies.
Closely liaising with the Global Control Room Officers in London, Zurich, Hong Kong and New York.
Identification of risks and contribution to the ongoing development of Control Room processes.
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.
You have 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking, finance or compliance.
You demonstrate deep knowledge of the financial services industry and securities market.
You hold a university degree, preferably in economics/law.
You have a good understanding of financial services regulatory environment and you are willing to perform in a control function.
You possess strong analytical skills and attention to details.
You are fluent in English.
You have very good Microsoft Office skills.
You have excellent communication skills with an ability and confidence to discuss issues at senior level.
You can work well and seamlessly within a team and independently.
