Senior Workflow Coordinator with German

Working with notable clients from GSA region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), you will become a part of our team with the possibility to make your mark. So whenever you are interested in being right at the heart of that challenge, supporting various activities in the GDS Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) Agency, this role is for you.

Your key responsibilities

You will work as part of the GSA BMC Online Marketing team with daily responsibilities, such as:

  • The BMC Agency traffic/workflow coordinator serves as the interface for Agency with its overseas customers, especially in the GSA region

  • Manage and monitor communications (primarily via email)

  • Coordinate project assignments to the growing team of graphic designers

  • Coordinate workflows with the Agency Traffic and Operations as well as the creativesupport team coordinator

  • Coordinate billing and invoicing of time and materials to clients on a monthly basis

  • Prepare monthly metrics of Agency activity

  • Assist in tracking contracts and vetting firm processes

  • Assist with Sharepoint database enhancements when necessary

  • Interact with on-site managers/workflow co-ordinators in terms of understanding the job, assessment of complexity and time negotiations

  • Understanding of the briefing process and how to determine the technical skills required

  • Project resource planning, providing estimates for turnaround times, problem solving, communicating with clients and assistance in the creation and implementation of processes and procedures

Skills and attributes for success

  • Very good German (C1) and good English (B2+)

  • Sharepoint or other database skills

  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experiencewith reporting and data analysis

  • Experience working with creative or in a marketing communications environment

  • Analytical and detail-oriented

  • Ability to understand and work in a complex organization

  • Takes initiative: spots problems, poses solutions

  • 4-6 years of professional experience

  • Customer-service oriented

  • BS in Business preferred
