CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY-ALUMNI PROGRAM
Working with notable clients from GSA region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), you will become a part of our new team with the possibility to make your mark. So whenever you are interested in being right at the heart of that challenge, supporting various administration activities in the Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) department, this role is for you.
The role of the Administration Support Associate is to support the BMC Leadership in driving and managing the Alumni program as well as Corporate Responsibility / Sustainability programs.
Your key responsibilities
The resource would be required to work as part of the GSA BMC team to provide support on various admin activities and programs:
Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability program support:
Corporate Responsibility (CR) addresses societal issues and demonstrate that responsible business is an important part of today’s entrepreneurship. The EY sustainability report is a report published by a EY about the economic, environmental and social impacts caused by its everyday activities. The sustainability report also presents the organization's values and governance model, and demonstrates the link between its strategy and its commitment to a sustainable global economy.
• First experiences in the field of sustainability / Understanding of sustainability topics
• Experienced in project management (process control of different teams)
• Creation of overviews / project plans in xls
• Data caption and analysis as part of the sustainability reporting process

• Mailbox management
• Managing alumni requests
• Administrative support with alumni events
• Uploading articles/news on Alumni website
Process management support:
• Pro-active handling of recurring admin processes
• Preparation of internal meetings
• Database management
• Distribution list management (GLMS)
• Other administrative support, e.g. securing global approvals for local/regional marketing material
Skills and attributes for success
Very good German (C1) and good English (B2+)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1 to 4 Years of work experience
Strong attention to detail and diligent in following up on items when dealing with routine task
Microsoft Office capabilities (experience with Excel reporting is an advantage)
