Philips Analyst in Warszawa, Poland

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Develop relevant sales analytics and reports to influence strategic and tactical business decisions.

You are responsible for

  • Analyzing the profitability of sales trends based on advanced analytical tools.

  • Analyzing deviations and preparing management comments.

  • Preparing proposals for changes and improvements resulting from the analyzes and forecasting of future effects of measures.

  • Supporting implementation of projects related to process improvement.

  • Self-development of analytical tools for decision support.

  • Developing conclusions and recommendations for operational activities.

  • Estimating the consumption market and sales modeling.

  • Working closely with the sales, trade marketing and customer care departments in monitoring the market situation.

You are a part of

The passionate and driven Philips Personal Health business group. You are reporting directly to Senior Analyst.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree (preferably in economics, econometrics or mathematics).

  • Min. 2 years of experience in the preparation of comprehensive analysis and development of conclusions and recommendations of actions.

  • Experience in project implementation of the system of analytical tools to support decision making processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel with knowledge of SQL, VBA, macros etc.). Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.

  • Ability to think analytically and draw synthetic conclusions.

  • Ability to independently plan and organization of work.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure.

  • Fluency in English.
