MicroStrategy Support Engineer (with Spanish, French or German language) in Warsaw, Poland

Support Engineer is responsible for:

•Technical support for the entire MicroStrategy Business Intelligence product suite

•Dedicating his/her time to resolving customer issues

•Contributing to the growth of our Knowledge Base and identifying ways to increase customer satisfaction

•Being open to constant development by participating in Internal Training Programs

•Speak fluent English and German or French

•Possess analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills

•Be interested in IT/Business and willing to grow professionally in the field of Business Intelligence
