Supporting and full understanding of The Valuations Department’s services
Knowledge of systems and applications necessary for BAU on the expert level
Independently resolve and coordinate resolution of the problems within valuation process and replying to all queries received from internal and external business partners in timely manner
Complying with Citi culture and policy in daily work
Acting in accordance with competency matrix for dedicated competence level
Acquiring and maintaining required level of knowledge and skills about processes and legal regulations related to working environment
Fulfilling all additional tasks related to the operational area, requested by the Supervisor / Manager
Investigation and resolving discrepancies between Fund Accounting books and Custody/Counterparty records for both cash and securities accounts
Understanding of connections, dependencies and relationships between the teams, sections, departments and Citi organization units on End-to-End level and cooperation between them in the framework of existing processes
Replying to all type of queries related to responsibilities scope keeping the highest standard of business communication
Support of the team/section in nonstandard situations which require expert knowledge and experience
Training and supporting of new employees on BAU as well as training on the aspects exceeding standard tasks and processes
Identification inefficiencies, risks and control gaps in the process and independent development and implementation of the changes to eliminate them
Performing control function (checker) in the process, controlling the work of team members
Monitoring and resolution of aging reconciliation discrepancies
Ability to take over the work of any team member within existing process (if needed)
Actively participate in audits, business meetings and conference calls
Task allocation on BAU activity
Engagement and coordination in client /process/solution on-boarding on the team/section/department level
Building and maintaining the relationship with the clients and business partners
Reporting to the client and senior management
Knowledge of MCA process and active participation in it
Engagement and participation in activity linked to CAP, PAP and Incident report
Ability to take over Team Leader’s responsibilities of team supervision during TL absence (if needed)

Minimum 3 years experience within Financial Services
An excellent understanding of Financial Operations.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher would be an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written);
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under time pressure

Ability to manage or lead team projects
