PRODUCT MANAGER (MD - Joint Reconstruction)

Region: Poland

Full-time permanent contract

Role Overview:

The Product Manager is responsible for creating strategies and execution of plans for the portfolio to drive growth in strong collaboration with the sales team. Develops sales and marketing programs, identifies and delineates market conditions for future programs to expand sales and profitability.

You will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Creating strategies and execution plans for the portfolio to drive growth in strong collaboration with the sales team; ensure effective implementation

  • Lead new product launches process and drive execution in an alignment with the franchise marketing plan

  • Lead convention & conference planning for the area

  • Support Professional Education in creating the most relevant and effective educational programs for the business area

  • Support and contribute to decision-making on pricing, stock, promotion, market research, regulatory, legal and any other relevant items which impacts business area

  • Maintain strong market knowledge on competitors and market environment though external and internal research to identify needs and opportunities

  • Build strong, effective relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical professional groups etc

  • Build strong, effective relationships with relevant internal functions

  • Effectively manage agreed budget


Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of sales/marketing experience in the healthcare market;

  • Successful performance and proven outstanding results in current role;

  • Strong market knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, fluent English (written and spoken), native Polish

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally;

  • Strong leadership skills;

  • Proven ability to cooperate with, engage and motivate others

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize

  • Analytical skills and the ability to synthesize facts into the decision-making process

  • Ability to initiate and implement changes

  • Knowledge of the Joints Reconstruction business will be an advantage
