Bain & Company Inc Manager Assistant with German and English in Warsaw, Poland

Based in our EMEA Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, the role is to provide administrative support to several Leaders in a designated support capacity, and where necessary, additional administrative support to their teams.The Manager Assistant will work remotely from the people he/she supports and therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction are essential.

  • Extensive calendar and travel management in Outlook

  • Assisting supported leaders with their non-consulting internal assignments

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts

  • Processing time and expense submissions

  • Someone with at least 2 years of previous experience in supporting management

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes

  • Very good German and English is essential

  • Exceptional organisation, prioritization and time management skills

  • Ability to successfully balance the support requirements of multiple leaders

  • Someone with a "can-do attitude"
