Bain & Company Inc Manager Assistant with English in Warsaw, Poland

Based in our EMEA Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, the role is to provide administrative support to several Leaders in a designated support capacity, and where necessary, additional administrative support to their teams. The Manager Assistant will work remotely from the people he/she supports and therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction are essential.

  • Extensive calendar and travel management in Outlook

  • Assisting supported leaders with their non-consulting internal assignments

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts

  • Processing time and expense submissions

  • Someone with at least 2 years of previous experience in supporting management

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes

  • Fluent English is essential

  • Exceptional organisation, prioritization and time management skills

  • Ability to successfully balance the support requirements of multiple leaders

  • Someone with a "can-do attitude"
