Provide IT support to end users, particularly when they recognized an issue on their workstations. Supervision over company's entrusted location in the field of IT equipment, fixed assets and electronic transportable media (ETM). Support IT initiatives and projects. #

Experience in installing and configuring Windows 7.
General knowledge about Active Directory.
Experience in supporting business users.
Good English both written and spoken.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
General knowledge about Citrix solutions and terminal services, work experience and troubleshooting of those would be an advantage.
