Qualifications

  • Experience in installing and configuring Windows 7.

  • General knowledge about Active Directory.

  • Experience in supporting business users.

  • Good English both written and spoken.

  • Good organizational and analytical skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • General knowledge about Citrix solutions and terminal services, work experience and troubleshooting of those would be an advantage.
