The Global Scenarios group is mandated to perform firm wide stress testing analysis for Credit Suisse Group and its business divisions, and is responsible in front of BoD and head regulator (FINMA) of the accuracy and quality of the stress testing results.

Profile:

  • You will be part of the Governance and Controls team, tasked to develop appropriate set of controls and governance that should be applied to all firm wide stress testing activities.

  • The business focus of the team is stress testing (fastest growing area of the bank) performed for Group as well as support the wider Enterprise Risk Group.

  • You are expected to support establishing an end to end control framework for the Group Stress testing process ensuring compliance with key policies and governance requirements.

  • You will challenge the end to end execution of stress testing process and partnering business in improving current standards.

  • You will maintain and test specific controls and ensure they remain adequate and effective, across all partners chipping in to firm wide stress testing execution.

  • You will have an opportunity to present work results, such as process enhancements, controls, other improvements to senior management so they can implemented in other areas

  • You have 3 years of experience in an external/internal audit or controls assurance function.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English.

  • You have a deep understanding of effective governance frameworks implementation or execution.

  • You have ability to independently and actively lead in a fast changing environment.

  • You posses analytical skills and a keen eye for details while meeting challenging deadlines.

  • You have good verbal and written communication with a diverse set of partners.

  • You have deep understanding of regulatory requirements and risk measurement frameworks as well as prior experience with Bank and/or Stress Testing would be an advantage.
