Job Description / Information

The Flying Kit Specialist is responsible for maintaining the “Flying Kits” warehouse by performing all of day-to-day loan kits operation in the local office to ensure customers receive the correct goods on time.

• Process of all loan kit orders and re-supplies

• Provide day-to-day loan kits operation in the local office

• Verify inbound products arrived at the warehouse

• Handle sterilization of surgical instruments

• Prepare outbound shipments for dispatches and prepare shipping documents to ensure compliant to procedures

• Maintain updated Kit Reservation Calendar

• Update system on all Flying Kits movements

• Control and notification of any differences between actual and system stocks

• Provide the customers with updated information on deliveries

• Maintain “Flying Kit” warehouse in good order

• Provide supervisor with regular reports, and highlight any existing and potential problems

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from high school

• At least one year experience working in warehouse and storage operations

• Familiar with basic warehouse and stock inventory procedures

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good organization skills with the ability to work with extremely tight deadlines and under pressure to complete assignment on time

• Highly detail oriented

• Ability to multitask on daily basis

• Strong interpersonal and team working skills essential
