  • Preparing plans/activities for TT channels (distributor, C&C, sub-wholesale, retail serviced directly, retail serviced via distributors’ SF, retail non-serviced)

  • Initiating, implementation and execution of prepared activities/plans on channel level

  • Coordination of Customers activities

  • Current monitoring of brands and categories in channels and preparation of necessary solutions that enable problem solving

  • Developing channels by seeking and implementing new solutions that increase turnover and shares

  • Close cooperation with Marketing and Customer Development in order to develop channel plans/activities (including promo activities);

  • Active participation in Business Team dedicated for particular category;

  • Control and effective budget management

  • Control and effective management of POS materials (implementation and execution of materials);

  • Coordination of information flow between Head Office – Field


  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Customer Development in FMCG;

  • Trade marketing knowledge (TT channel);

  • Sales experience or visible orientation;

  • Presentation, communication and analytical skills

  • Fluent English;
