This is a role based within the Global TTS Client Operations Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements that support ongoing and impactful change. The individual will be considered as a valued member of the supervisor/management team and will be expected to be flexible to taking on additional assignments as required to ensure that ASU becomes best in class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute against the Global ASU infrastructure and transformation strategy, inclusive of Operational Efficiency, Standardization, Digitalization and Commercialization of our core Account Services Platforms

• Assist in mapping of the business requirements to the proposed global, regional and local systems and focus on development of the business and client solutions

• Support technology initiatives by preparing documentation utilized for technology planning as well as training materials as needed in connection with operational readiness and system rollouts

• Identify and realize process and structural efficiency in the Account Service Unit

• Build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders

• Develop a framework of a mutual commitment to meeting evolving business requirements and adapting to changing circumstances

• Keep abreast of all Regulatory and Industry changes. Plan and solution for these changes. Determine client and business impact and develop plans to ready both for change.

• Support an effective SDLC process that fits the risk profile of the project/platform.

• Carry out best in class disciplines for requirements writing, project management and UAT

• Adhere to the technology roadmap vetted ASU Client Ops and Product

• Participate in TTS ASU Team on Technology Steering Meetings with business and functional partners to ensure aligned to strategy on Technology roadmap schedule and roll out

• Aid in digitization efforts by delivering on expansion, client uptake and increased processing throughput of the following TTS Tech ESuite Programs


• Ideally min. 3 years of experience in Financial Services plus Project Management skills

• Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships

• Understanding of new technical and Product solutions in short time frame

• Experience analyzing client requirements and developing suitable, cost effective solutions

• Highly organized with strong program management skills.

• Client and process orientation, professionalism, proactivity and strong client focus

• Ability to work effectively in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving techniques

• A detailed and independent thinking style

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build and maintain effective networks and relationships and working in a team
