Lenovo 4P Product/Category Manager Consumer Poland in Warsaw, Poland

For our office in Warsaw, we are looking for an 4P Category/Product Manager who will be responsible for the Product, Placement, Price and Promotion of Lenovo Consumer products in Poland.

  • Define products roadmaps from EMEA portfolio based on heat maps analysis, define & execute pricing

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities in the market to develop consumer business

  • Interact with the Product EMEA team to get insights on our competitive position

  • Develop together with the sales team the right go to market plan, sales expansion program, incentive plan to support business growth

  • Build programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets

  • Build strong relationships with the Country/Region Sales Team & Management

  • Maintain expertise on focus product and overall industry trends

  • Based on market share ambition, on market shape and Lenovo next quarter inventory, define on-demand products volume & pricing to deliver on markets’ MS, revenue & profit targets

  • Define portfolio mix, align portfolio with retail and resellers sales and disti’s sales by retailer/reseller and/or by disti’s.

  • Effectively manage Product Transitions with a view to maximizing revenue & profit Business Management:

  • Drive initiatives to maximize mix, margin and overall product contribution to the portfolio & Business

  • Align with finance, sales ops and sales quarter forecast on volumes, revenue & profit

  • Define long term forecast for the market, align with demand planning team and finance Technical:

  • Good understanding of PC and Notebook products and technology

  • Strong understanding of product life cycle management and of promotional programs mechanics

  • Expert Knowledge of mechanism of customer buying behavior

  • Strong Professional User of Excel and data driven tools

Non Technical:

  • Similar Work Experience in the past with proven track record

  • Strong drive for results

  • Strong interpersonal skill & keen attention to details

  • Expert analytical skills and in statistics

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in Polish and English
