We are currently seeking candidates to the John Deere Polska Branch in Tarnowo Podgorne for the position of:

SALES SUPPORT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (M/F)

Workplace: Tarnowo Podgorne

What You'll Do

As a Sales Support Center Representative you will provide front-line technical support/information/solutions to John Deere dealers and customers on ISG, and Ag & Turf product related inquiries, issues, and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.

In addition, you will:

  • Support three categories of activities: Pre-sale consultation (product information), TM Support, and Tactical Marketing Execution

  • Provide support via multiple channels (telephone, email) while effectively documenting each interaction within John Deere’s case management system

  • Distributes additional product/service information that is helpful to John Deere dealers and customers

  • Conducts product presentations for potential customers/dealers

  • Interfaces with other functional groups, such as DTAC, Product Support, Order Fulfillment, and Software Engineering in order to respond to general inquiries

  • Creating effective sales and marketing tools

  • Review translation of product information and press releases

  • Administration of communication tool to dealers

  • Participate in closed loop problem resolution process to identify, escalate, and resolve issues

What It Takes

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in an Agricultural Sciences discipline

  • Good understanding of agricultural engineering

  • Professional communication and analytical skills with a wide range of product and application knowledge

  • Knowledge or experience on supported products and their functions

  • International work experience with multicultural relationships, experienced with critical customer conversations

  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet)

  • Good English written & spoken

  • Additional language skills and practical apprenticeship would be a good combination for this position
