In accordance with the development of the John Deere Polska Business Service Center office in Poznan we currently seek candidates for below position covering Russian Parts Pricing market and being part of Global Pricing Team:
Price Analyst M/F
What You’ll Do
The main task of Price Analyst will be to manage pricing for John Deere Service Parts, which includes analyzing market and competitive data, developing and recommending pricing strategies for new and existing products.
In addition, you will:
Research price related questions from customers and John Deere employees.
Set internal stakeholders communications with regard to Russia Parts Pricing and sole responsibility for Pricing execution/reporting in Russia.
Balance part price competitiveness with profitability.
Be actively engaged in all communications relative to currency exchange movements and pricing strategy in response to the Russian and CIS markets.
Manage the majority of communications with Russia Sales and Marketing leadership as well as being the pricing liaison for EA-Parts Distribution Center departments.
Provide price data to the customers and dealers thereby facilitating an efficient and effective customer relationship.
Provide special support for strategic JD customers in CIS and Russia.
Identifying and providing trainings for dealers.
What It Takes
We need an excellent communicator in English and Russian, both written and verbal, who embraces challenges and likes to work in a global, interdisciplinary team. Ideally if you are keen and aware of Russian culture and local market situation. Also the knowledge of agricultural products, first insights into price analysis and experience in cooperation with business partners would be very valuable.
We also require:
University degree in Business/Management or Accounting/Finance discipline
Professional experience in production companies, product pricing or sales&marketing area
Strong analytical skills and affinity to numbers
Solid experience in business use of MS Excel
“1C “ system skills - nice to have
Solution-oriented way of working
Very good negotiation and presentation skills
Availability for business travels (6-8 weeks per year)
