For our growing business in Poland, we are currently looking for an outstanding colleague who will:
create automated and self-service financial reports
support financial processes by maintaining and changing existing reports
create and maintain relevant documentation for financial reports
support the business in finding solutions (or explanation) for any inconsistencies within reports owned by R&A team
Ensure timely and correct reports generation (according to agreements with the business)
Prepare documentation for changes and projects
Execute data/documents request issues for complex nonstandard requests
Improves Harmonized Reports quality
Initiate and drive improvements
Works with FP&A and cooperating within R&A team in defining reporting requirements and explaining reports inconsistencies.
Document activities to that specific process.
Member of EIM, R&A projects
- is able to understand Harmonized Reports and their role in the business context
Lean process execution / improvement:
Understands the Harmonized Reporting and drives improvements with the correct priority
Triggers projects initiatives
Applies Lean Methods in daily work

We are looking for
3-5 years of relevant experience (Finance-IT, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence etc.)
Technical and analytical mindset
Experienced in working in one or more of the following Data Management IT environments and BO reporting tools: SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), SAP HANA, Webi, Lumira, Tableu, Design Studio, AfO (Analysis for Office), MS Office, Winshuttle, SQL, VBA.
Experience with other reporting tools is a plus, like Crystal Reports, SAP BW, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSDT (SQL Server Data Tools – Report Designer, Report Builder)
Communicate to and involve the stakeholders effectively
Collaborate, work as a team player and deliver on team commitments
Proactively take ownership of projects
Execute Lean Process and improvement
Should have special expertise in a process, business model or industry domain
Understand (master) data conceptualization and IT applications
Good command of English language (spoken and written)
