Description The role of Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA will focus on providing specific support to a region and technical expertise around market benchmarking and benefits to other team members in the Compensation team.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Responsible for the execution of the global compensation & benefits strategy in the EMEA region by designing regional/local solutions adapted to the business needs and local legal requirements
Responsible for developing local benefits policies, supporting countries in design, development and implementation of benefits and ensure competitiveness through the on-going assessment of benefit programs
Work with the EMEA countries to implement consistent job evaluation framework
Understand existing compensation plans, programs, policies and procedures and partner with global and local teams to streamline and standardize the administration of these through effective processes and tools
Develop and support compensation and benefits recommendations for mobility cases
Work with Global Compensation, Incentive Benefits and Mobility teams and HR leadership to identify issues/opportunities, provide end-to-end solutions, recommend alternatives, implement solutions, etc.
Network with industry specialists outside the Company in order to keep the pulse on current and future trends in the industry and in the region
University degree in HR or related business discipline
Specialist experience in C ompensation & Benefits area supporting multiple geographies
Understanding of HR operating environment, including policies and procedures
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience in administering and implementing HR systems (PeopleSoft and WorkDay), Compensation systems (CompAnalyst and/or E-prism) and Benefits databases (MercerGold or equivalent)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel (dynamic tables)
Strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data
Consulting and project management skills
Availability to travel
