The EMEAR Invoice to Cash Team is responsible for billing and hitting cash targets for an accounts receivables base.
Role & Responsibilities
Key performance indicators for the job holder will include: Cash in, Age Debt Reduction, Clean Ledger, Relationship Management with Internal and External Clients, dispute resolution, timely and accurate order release, billing solutions, billing accuracy.
Deliver a best in class billing and collection service.
Deliver set management reports into the business.
Create ad hoc reports and communications to the business based on issues that are current or topical.
Make sound judgements and decisions concerning cash collection and billings within defined practices and policies.
Manage and resolve escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Recommend solutions for areas of improvement in the Invoice to Cash process.
This individual will need to build strong working relationships with external Cisco Partners, Sales, Customer Partner Experience, SSF, Logistics, Treasury, Tax Teams and others.
Fluency in English, both written and verbally
Other European languages
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Confident and capable of following defined processes and of suggesting improvements

Capable of making decisions and taking actions under pressure
Ability to report clearly on performance

Experience working in collections previously
