Title: System Support Analyst (Professional Services Team) Location: POL-Kraków

JOB PURPOSE:

To work as part of a team, supporting the AMER country operations in their recording and reporting of all aspects of the Professional Services delivery operations.

Primarily core support includes the review, set up and tracking of all delivery engagements within the GSS Changepoint systems, enabling additional support is provided to manage revenue tracking, time entry and reporting and the preparation of month end revenue recognition reporting. The team also supports the GSS AMER organization in their use of Changepoint, the time entry of third party time and the running of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. The team also leads and supports special projects for the business as given by management.

Monthly/Daily Review of the Business within Changepoint:

  • Opportunity Set up and Management

  • Engagement Management and set-up

  • Project Set / Task and Budgets Setup

  • Review Setup Details

  • Documentation analysis

  • Data validation

  • Month End Processing

  • Changepoint System support (2nd Level)

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Essential:

  • Proven ability to interact effectively with a wide range of sales, services and administration professionals

  • Experience in use of Services and/or Support IT systems

  • Strong PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office products

  • Experience in use of procedures and controls

· Desirable:

  • Two years working in an IT Services organization

  • Two years administration experience

EDUCATION:

  • Educated Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Essential:

  • Business English mandatory, with additional Spanish or Portuguese desirable

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Pro-active and quick learner

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to learn the business process in a short period of time

  • Good analytical and data manipulation skills

  • Willing to travel Domestic and International

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Professional Services and/or Customer Support environment
