UBS Financial Services Internship in Application Monitoring Team in Kraków, Poland

Your role:

Are you an analytic thinker? Do you know how to solve problems? We are looking for someone like this who can help us and:

  • perform a full range of tasks that support process workflow including admin activities, gathering new requirements and communication with various stakeholders

  • prepare: meeting minutes, coordinate activities, follow-up on agreed actions

  • prepare standard reports for Group Sourcing function

  • prepare ad hoc reports as per business needs (using tools like MS Excel, Business Objects and Tableau)

Your team:

You will join the Outsourced Application Monitoring team within Group Sourcing function, located in Zabierzow near Krakow. As a member of our team you will have a chance to enlarge your knowledge in the area of access management and to improve your reporting and data automation skills.

Your paid internship will last 3-6 months, with a possibility to extension based on 30-40 hours/week.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • a student status or IT related university degree

  • good English language skills (written and spoken)

  • good knowledge of MS Excel (building/editing macros, etc. would be considered as an advantage)

  • very good communication skills

You are:

  • a motivated person with pro-active attitude

  • well organized person

  • adaptable, able to work in a team

  • willing to learn
