Your role:

Your team:

You'll be working in the HR Service Delivery team in Krakow. We're a team of 10. And we keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone and through our ticketing system. We are working closely both with German and Luxembourg Local HR team supporting all HR queries.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– a bachelor's degree

– experience in a similar role

– advanced Microsoft Office skills

You are:

– truly service oriented

– a great communicator (speak English at C1 level, French would be an additional asset)

– well organized, with a sharp eye for detail

– able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)

– known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
