KKR are committed to supporting the business’ growth ambition, whilst continuing to follow Unilever’s responsible sourcing policies , including working towards the goal of sourcing 100 per cent sustainable palm oil by 2019.

Your Role

Your Main Responsibilities: -

  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end master data process for all countries: design any specific FFG processes and oversee the implementation of the FFG MD system, manage the MD processes

  • Ensure the effective operation of the FFG MDM service, both in-house and outsourced resources as appropriate.

  • Deliver High standard in customer service.

  • Drive continuous improvement

Master Data Management

  • To define the user specifications for any IT developments relating to MDM systems

  • To ensure the integrity of master data for transactional and reporting purposes including the specification of relevant KPIs with the business and the agreement and definition of data quality metrics and the achievement of agreed company SLA targets for data quality.

  • Meet internal and external audit requirements as agreed and defined for SOX compliance purposes.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and implement best MDM practice.

  • Identifies key issues proactively and find the right solutions to resolve them

  • Identify touch points with other teams (e.g. SC, R2R, P2P, O2C) and ensure that all hand off points are integrated seamlessly

  • Consistently challenge the status quo and identify areas for continuous improvement and achieve efficiencies

  • Responsible for ensuring that there is a strong governance model for MDM in place

Stakeholder Management

Stakeholder Management is one of the key expectations of this role

  • Manage the relationship with senior stakeholders in the MCOs including Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain (including O2C, Make, Deliver, Logistics, P2P)

  • Work with external and internal auditors and mange expectations

  • Maintain relationship with any third-party services provider and ensure that all deliverables are met

  • Set up KPIs, stretching targets and new governance models.

Team Management

  • Recruit talent across Poland and India as appropriate

  • Lead a highly qualified and motivated team

  • Build effective team working and a performance culture

  • Drive capability building of team

  • Maintain and promote high service culture

Key accountabilities

  • Delivery of accurate master data on time in full that matches the agreed SLAs

  • Seek and promote to improve service levels, quality, KPIs and targets

  • Drive continuous improvement.

  • Responsible for the departmental budget

Skills, experience and qualifications: -

Qualification/Experience

  • Experience in Master Data Management is preferred. Supply Chain experience is a significant advantage.

  • Experience of an MDM role at team lead level for a minimum of 4 years is required to be successful.

  • Strong knowledge of the international standards setting bodies (GS1 CGF) is required.

  • Prior experience of having led a team of MDM professionals.

  • Prior Experience of having worked in a multi-cultural environment

  • Track record of excellent service delivery, fast reaction and crisis management.
