HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist
ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary aim of this role is to participate in the planning, designing of Compensation & Benefits strategy in EMEA. Evaluates and provides support in administration of employee compensation and benefit programs, such as salaries, variables, job evaluations, benefits.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Duties will include but are not restricted to:
Managing annual merit review campaign (preparing merit budgets with Finance and HR teams, supporting merit process).
Participating to annual compensation surveys.
Producing salary ranges and EMEA compensation analysis.
Participating to Global Career Framework enhancement.
Participating in the project on benefits.
Participating in various projects as required, particularly relating to the design of C&B policies and tools for the EMEA region in alignment with Arrow strategy.
Interfacing with Corporate to ensure alignment of C&B strategy.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
A person with analytical mind and strong reporting skills.
3-5 years of working experience, ideally in the international environment.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages – Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook.
Previous experience of working in HR and C&B area will be advantageous.
Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written. Other languages will be more than welcome.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Results-oriented person, who can be counted on to exceed goals.
A person who is culturally aware and able to adapt to different styles of management.
Knowledge of Workday will be advantageous.
