Asan Nokia Telecom Network Administratorfor E2E telecommunication testing environments, you are responsible to provide professional technical support on test-bed bring up, configuration, integration and operation & maintenance of Nokia Networks Radio or CS/ PS Core or Server products for R&D testing, Interface level troubleshooting and Demo for customers. Working in this position, you will be responsible for process area performance like KPI, AEP targets daily, enforces the quality and functionality of workflows and ticketing.
Our team is looking for talented technical support engineers to join our support platforms team and provide excellent mobile network platform and troubleshooting support for R&D testing. You will be joining other extremely-passionate engineers that share a common interest in distributed systems, performance, scale, and solving problems with Nokia Products. You will solve complex technical problems using the best technologies available. The technical complexity involved in truly delivering on that mission should be something you are excited to tackle.
- Requirements: ** *
Experiences with one of following domain: Radio ( eg. BSC, RNC, eNB ), Core ( eg. MSS, SGSN, MME, TAS, SAE GW), Server products ( eg. IMS, HSS, PCS)
IP network, Cloud Platform, Unix/Linux practical experience, troubleshooting and solving skills
Knowledge on 2G, 3G, 4G and VoLTE call flow
Knowledge and experience with SS7, MAP,BSSAP, RANAP, GTP, SIP, S1AP and DIAMETER protocols
Knowledge and experience with Wireshark, Nokia internal analyzing tools.
Open-mindedness and ability to think outside the box
Analytical thinking skills and organized and process oriented way of working
Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/herself
Strong customer focus
Drive to deliver results, get things done attitude
Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills
