compile data for quarterly reporting to GEB
compile data for Governance Team Key Performance Indicators
reporting and remove fake social media accounts
carryout social media publishing tasks and user support
assist in the assessment of social media operational concepts
assist in social media role nomination processes
assist in the reporting and management of social media monitoring alerts
contribute to special projects developing social media trainings
contribute to special projects reviewing and managing social media tools

The Social Media Governance Specialist will support the Social Media Governance Team located in Zurich.
Your experience and skills:
Required experience & skills:
2+ years in functional or technical roles (preferably digital marketing or analytics)
a good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
experience in administrative and analytical task management
social media usage and publishing (via tools), an advantage
excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory (German is a plus)
clear critical thinking abilities
the ability to challenge the task and process at all times to ensure efficiency
an ability to identify potential operational and business risks
an accurate and precise work ethic
enjoy being challenged
ability to work flexibly under pressure and to deadlines
an ability to collaborate within a team to clarify understanding, before proceeding
have a hands-on approach to all tasks
