You’ll be working in the Regulatory Change Management team for UBS in Switzerland in our Wroclaw office. We guide senior management on the prioritization and allocation of initiatives to address regulatory changes affecting UBS's businesses. The team assumes program management responsibility for regulatory initiatives, such as for the derivatives and trading regulations program. The programs are performed in close collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across all businesses, functions and regions.
Your experience and skills:
⁻ min. 2-5 years of professional experience in project management or quality control
⁻ very good written and spoken German
⁻ very good written and spoken English
⁻ very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
⁻ experience in project, financial and risk reporting
⁻ ability to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management, financial and risk data
⁻ strong analytical skills and attention to details
⁻ interested in legal and regulatory topics
⁻ very precise at work (\"first time right\")
⁻ well versed in communicating and interacting with various stakeholders in a virtual team
⁻ interested in the development of efficient project management related processes
