Responsible for leading the assigned team
Responsible for hiring, training and performance management within their respective team
Handles or coordinates non-routine or complex requests or issues
Identifies opportunities for Master Data governance, process, and/or systems improvements
Responsible for ensuring team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
Develop expertise on data governance and use of master data in downstream processes
Provides oversight to ensure assigned team work (queues, tickets, etc.) is completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets
Single point of contact, with the Business or otherwise, for assigned team
Responsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely manner
Assist in service expansion or transition activities into the team
Ensures operational processes are followed (i.e. LMS, Sprint/Agile, etc.)(Monitors work queues and provides appropriate work direction)
Establishes regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure service is being delivered to their expectations
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
2-3 years of equivalent work experience
Leader or supervisor experience; team management
Foreign Language skills (fluent English)
Previous experience working with SAP
Previous experience working with data quality, master data management and/or data governance within a global master data environment or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes and data, manufacturing or materials management preferred but not required.
Demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasks
Demonstrated detailed orientation and enjoy working with operational processes
