UBS Financial Services Business Risk Governance Specialist in Wroclaw, Poland
Do you have previous experience in Operational Risk or Information Security area? Do you know how to take care of business? We are looking for someone like that to:
-provide administrative, technical and professional support in Operational Risk area
-provide Business Risk Management support for UBS Group Sourcing, including data analysis, tracking and reporting around existing risk portfolio
-cooperate with risk functions across UBS
-participate and lead projects that aim to enhance risk and governance framework in our company
-support for the functional internal control owners in Internal Control Assessment Process (ICAP) responsibilities like control and assessment administration
-provide overall organization around local and global Business Risk Management meetings including preparing meeting materials, recording minutes and action items and following up on actions for meetings
-record issues and actions, incidents and Key Procedural Controls (KPCs) according to the UBS Operational Risk Framework
-prepare reports and data analysis for Business Risk Management functions

Your experience and skills:
• previous experience in Operational Risk, Information Security experience will be a plus
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• excellent MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel
• ability to work well in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• ability to multitask and to meet specific goals set by supervisors and management
• outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience
• willingness to understand client's business context and to analyze and solve issues also in more complex environment
