Responsibilities:Provides Infrastructure & Application support to BPO Trade CustomersUnderstands the customer needs and strives to meet customer's needs to their satisfactionMonitors / resolve various applications/ interfaces /issues and takes proactive measures to maintain the application healthDocuments all issues, resolution for all the critical problems and maintains a Knowledge repositoryUnderstand, applies and communicates the support processes within the team and to the customersParticipates in Testing, Move to Test, Move to productions of new interfaces/patches/applications/releasesDevelops in-depth knowledge and expertise in the applications and gains good understanding of the respective process and business rulesInterfaces with users and related partners in Up stream or Down stream systems IT resources etc. Where applicable, manages the accounts and databases owned and production schedules, in accordance to DXC standards and controlsTakes appropriate actions when the server hosting the application or dependent services or application are unavailableWhere applicable for services requests or projects assigned, works with key user or project manager or lead to set clear expectations and delivers quality solutions to meet those expectationsProvides technical consulting to usersActs as a technical liaison between users and other IT service providers
