Philips Digital Project Manager in Warszawa, Poland

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead the change toward in agile and collaborative working environment.

You are responsible for

  • Driving strategic project in Digital area as well as New Technology initiatives to support Cross functional team to deliver results.

  • Ensuring correct process and governance are set up and followed in line with the appropriate delivery methodology and the relevant business unit processes.

  • Controlling if all project management documentation meets the required defined quality standards.

  • Creation and management of deliverables together with proper communication to team.

  • Managing project teams which may have a number of stakeholders across divisions and supporting functions delivering.

  • Scoping, planning and designing the deliverables and proactively monitoring overall progress, resolving issues, both project and initiating corrective action plans as appropriate, to ensure successful delivery to meet agreed targets.

  • Providing clear leadership and creating a collaborative culture that demonstrates a drive for continuous improvement.

You are a part of

Brand, Communication & Digital (BCD) Business Group at Philips. You will be reporting directly to Head of Digital of Central Eastern Europe, and managing a nearshore team of digital Team in Europe, as well as liaising closely with the marketing, Consumer Care and Sales teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's or higher degree, preferred in a digital, marketing, technology related subject or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Proven experience in leading complex projects and/or programs, preferably in digital domain in a complex, business collaborative environment.

  • Understanding & practical application of recognized project management methodologies (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, other) is highly desired.

  • Ability to assess the technical impact and the appropriate engagement within functional groups.

  • Ability to dynamically respond to both strategic and tactical operational management requirements.

  • Highly developed negotiation and conflict management skills.

  • Good change management skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships based on collaboration.

  • Ability to “think outside the box”.

  • Fluent English is a must.
