Job Description / Information

•Provide day-to-day INBOUND and OUTBOUND operation in the local office warehouse

-Prepare outbound shipments for dispatches and prepare shipping documents to ensure compliant to procedures

-Process of all INBOUND shipments form Venlo other Suppliers and returns from hospitals.

-If necessary handle sterilization of surgical instruments

-Update system on all products movements

-Control and notification of any differences between actual and system stocks – stock taking process and current control process.

•Provide the information to Sales Force concerning warehouse activities (BO, HOLD, Quadrant, Obsolete items, reservations),

•Process returns form hospitals, other administrative tasks.

•Provide supervisor with regular reports, and highlight current status of Instruments and Implants

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from high school

• At least one year working experience in warehouse and storage operations (preferred)

• Familiar with basic warehouse and stock inventory procedures (preferred)

• Highly detail oriented

• Good organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and organize work load to meet changing priorities and deadlines

• A good team player
