Lenovo Trade Marketing Manager - Poland in Warsaw, Poland
The EMEA Mobile Business Group Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Manager for the MBG Business in Poland.
Your tasks include:
Execution of marketing strategy in Retail Channel
Cooperation with all Retail partners: Customer Marketing
Co-Mktg budget planning with partners, Media Plans preparation and execution
Execution of brand creatives on partner’s web sites and instore
Executing product launches on partners’ web sites and instore
Sellout promotions coordination with results analysis (proposing dedicated activations for each partner)
Shop furniture preparation: creatives development, designing, production and installation
POS materials creation and production (leaflets, catalogues, shelf tags, posters, furniture branding etc.)
Designing, producing and delivering training materials to sales force
Events and trainigs organization and coordination
Master Degree in marketing or business, and minimum 5 years related marketing experience
Highly motivated and result oriented, with a lot of drive and passion
Strong Business orientation. Ability to take initiative, work independently, take responsibility.
Experience in ICT industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Experience with consumer-oriented marketing is a must.
Experience with retail and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and actions in retail
Experience with implementing brand strategy and driving effective advertising campaigns across multiple channels / media.
Digital marketing skills & experience are a must.
Analytical abilities and experience with interpreting data
Fast learner, Good Team player
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in Polnish Language & Business English is a must
Travel around 15%
Experience: Candidates should have independently managed marketing actions & programs, have experience in various aspects of marketing communication, esp. engagement actions, retail and sales enablement, with focus on effective, measurable actions that directly support sales. Candidates should also have experience with launching new products in the market, driving brand performance. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven record in taking initiative and proactively driving actions to support a business strategy.
