MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Preparing complex tender offers

•Tenders monitoring as well as managing internal and external information flow

•Tenders and competition analysis

•Service of both external and internal tenders' audits

•Cooperation with Managers, Sales team, Finance and Legal Departments related with tenders

•Support of Sales Force in terms of Competitive Tendering Law and Vendavo application

•Participation in internal projects related with effective tenders management.

YOUR PROFILE:

•Relevant experience related with tenders management or customer service gained in medical devices sector

•University degree (preferred economic or technical background)

•Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

•Knowledge of English both verbal and in writing

•Previous experience with Vendavo/SAP systems will be added value

•Ability to work independently along with excellent organisational skills

•Team work spirit; ability to set priorities and effective work under time pressure

•Ability to learn quickly on both technical and medical issues

•Good interpersonal and communication skills

•Commitment and self motivation along with honesty and ethical approach.
