Lenovo Telco Key Account Manager – Smartphones in Warsaw, Poland

Strategic Objectives of the position: The Key Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager and will be part of a strongly growing consumer business organization. The role will be responsible for all sales activities of the company regarding his/her key accounts in Telco/Mobile Operators channel across all products, but with biggest focus on Motorola & Lenovo Smartphones, and has to assure that all targets in regards to net revenue, growth and profit will be achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving / overachieving quantitative and qualitative targets on a regular base;

  • Preparing and implementing business plans to take full advantage of the significant opportunities that exist for the Motorola & Lenovo Smartphones’ products in Poland;

  • Developing business plans and revenue streams with defined key mobile operators in Poland;

  • Monitoring of market developments, competitive threats, ensuring timely and correct business reports and forecasts

  • Setting up, planning and execution of all commercial activities specific to the accounts, like discussion of new product introductions, taking care of adequate merchandising, watching over and management of an optimal stock and keeping the knowledge of our products with the customers up to date;

  • Close cooperation with the Product Manager to ensure that the product range matches the market’s requirements in terms of need and standard;

  • Monitor customer Sell-in/Sell-out and inventory. Provide reporting back into sales management and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations.

  • Degree in business administration preferably with emphasis on marketing or information technology;

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Position, preferably within one of the leading Smartphones vendors

  • Good knowledge of the mobile operators structures in Poland;

  • A great asset will be experience in bringing new Phones products to the market and a proven track record of having worked with multiple-level contacts in Poland.

  • Success in growing existing accounts and demonstration of a successful track record of selling products through a channel are also crucial aspects.

  • Entrepreneurial personality with the ability of influencing others;

  • Perfect knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point

  • Fluent in Polnish language and a very strong communicative level of English
