Cooperates with Division Category teams to finalize the programs for the category
Leads integration of the countries and other functions needs and confirming with them the details of the commercial activity plans.
Leverages knowledge of market dynamics, consumers and shoppers, competitors to enhance competitiveness and accelerate business growth for the assigned subcategories.
Coordinates development and timely implementation of CEE commercial plans for the assigned subcategories in cooperation with countries.
Actively participates for specific category in the Commercial Business Planning (CBP) across CEE markets as per defined process.
Responsible for driving at CEE level: subcategory P&L, subcategory market share, key CS&L KPI’s for subcategory, SKU simplification, effective and efficient spending management for subcategory
Min 3-5 years of experience in Brand /Trade Marketing
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Very good English (written and spoken)
Goal oriented and highly motivated person
Team player, ability to manage work under stress
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
