General Purpose:

Responsible for managing and coordinating Service lab orders and reservations. Following uniform process, operational rules and increasing utilization through innovation. Co-operate with lab team taking care for the laboratory maintenance tasks and activities.


Main Responsibility Area:

  • taking care for inventory process of laboratory assets

  • updating internal technical lab documentation

  • solving logistic problems, sending and receiving parcels and keeping records of assets

  • acting as a liaison between the internal teams and the external subcontractors or vendors

  • ensuring that all customer data are available requested and

  • necessary for shipment

  • monitoring, checking and handling of the incoming laboratory orders

  • taking care for asset scrap

  • ensuring equipment availability at requested date

  • updating and maintenance of laboratory tool


  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Can identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes

  • Results/outcome oriented

  • Must be able to multitask effectively across other responsibilities

  • Able to work in a changing environment and able to adapt with these changes

  • Excellence in planning & communication

  • Basic knowledge about telecommunication equipment

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
