The Business Trainer role would be involved in delivering training based on principles of adult learning using a variety of instructional methods and media appropriate for the proposed learning objectives to new hires in Consumer. Our ideal Candidate would have “Digital-first” mindset and be curious, passionate and a lifelong learner.
Key responsibilities :
Conducting the mandatory new hire / new to role trainings for customer facing staff including product refreshers.
Delivers product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral and skill-based training in a classroom or virtual environment.
Works with the product teams within the businesses to ensure that all product decks are updated accordingly.
Ensures sales folks fulfill all licensing and certification requirements before certifying they are able to sell.
Builds / revises new hire checklist by collaborating with unit heads on training, licensing and certification requirements for new roles or based on business needs).
Responsible for the management of design and delivery of engaging training materials & programs supporting the projects delivered.
Uses assessment tools and NPS to measure and analyze training results and identify gaps in learning; ensures the curriculum gaps are addressed in an ongoing manner.
Maintain training records and records of regional/local certifications for regulatory purposes in partnership with the business.
Manage training coordination and administration of business training activities triggered for new and existing staff utilizing the Global Learning Management System (GLMS) in partnership with the Training coordinator.
Proven experience of training / L&D in similar multi-national, global organizational culture.
Demonstrated ability to function as a Business trainer.
Background in Financial industry preferred.
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong leadership, consultative, negotiation, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead groups and individuals.
Advanced problem solving skills.
Skilled in performance support methodologies.
Exceptional coaching, group presentation and facilitation skills.
Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, and able to interact in various business situations with all levels of the organization.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning technology, i.e. Adobe Connect, Camtasia, WebEx.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Polish).
Proficient in MS Office
