The Nielsen Company Recruitment Specialist in Warsaw, Poland


For our growth in Poland, we are looking for a new person to join our team and support the recruitment team. A Recruitment Specialist works with other team members to provide the best candidates for our organization. Is an owner of the recruitment process from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process – candidates search, database creation, interviewing, making offers

  • Ensuring that all the processes are carried out in accordance with agreed standards

  • Building and maintaining proactive relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline of talent

  • Collaborating with internal clients, other recruiters/HR team and external recruitment agencies

  • Cooperation with regional Talent Acquisition team

  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports about recruitment activities

  • Creating new and improving existing recruitment tools

  • Partnering with other Recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process

  • Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience (experience in a recruitment agency / in running IT recruitment processes will be an asset)

  • Experience in sourcing via social media

  • Good knowledge of the Polish labor market as well as methods of obtaining candidates and new

    ways of leading recruitment processes

  • Advanced level of English, fluency in Polish

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • High level of organization & ability to manage own work

  • Ability to work on many projects at the same time

  • Creativity, self-reliance, stress-resistance

  • Workable knowledge of Polish Labor Law

  • Graduated from Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or a related area
