/ The PS Senior Consultant works in a complex technical environment, providing advanced networking solutions to customers. They identify, design and develop solutions for networking products and systems. They communicate with internal and external organizations whilst maintaining full ownership. /


/ Subject matter expert on products, systems, and services /

  • Deep level knowledge across the networking technologies as well as full product ranges

  • Knowledgeable on assigned solution(s) to SME level and frequently assist others with investigations

  • Assume responsibility for large scale designs and their alignment with customer business needs

  • As a technical lead, manage all aspects of deployments interfacing customers, internal organizations as well as product manufacturers

  • Assess, proactively mentor and assist peers in product and systems technical details, management of issues and all aspects of the respective role

  • Prepare various technical documents on technologies, customer environments, products and systems

  • Assist the sales team with successful positioning of the networking solutions and related NCR services building customer confidence and a professional company image

  • Take customer requirements and match to product and solution requirements and articulate them in business terms both internally and externally

  • Defend proposed solutions and services on both technical and business ground

  • Prepare and deliver training on products and systems, as appropriate

  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in technical area, usually computer engineering, computer science, or electrical

  • MANDATORY: An active Cisco CCIE certification (CCIE certificate can’t be used by another company)

  • Minimum of 5 years of related job experience
