Description

This is a Project Manager role in cross-regional Change Management area dealing with efficiency, client onboarding and risk mitigation projects within Citi Global Fund Services business.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Define project tasks and resource requirements

  • Develop full scale project plans

  • Assemble and coordinate project staff

  • Manage project budget

  • Manage project resource allocation

  • Plan and schedule project timelines

  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

  • Provide direction and support to project team

  • Quality assurance

  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Project evaluations and assessment of results

  • Manage Project Risk, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies

Skills:

  • Proficient in the use MS Project

  • Expert in Presentations and use of MS PowerPoint

  • Strong communicator able to liaise confidently with BAU supervisors, senior Citi Managers and client contacts

  • A confident decision-maker with the ability to weigh up all potential options prior to making decisions

  • Accuracy and completeness are essential to the success of each project, the team and the Edinburgh operation
