PROJECT ENHANCE SENIOR ANALYST

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic senior analyst as an addition to the Project Enhance Team, who will be responsible for:

  • Analysing current methods of data collection and data validation

  • Recognizing and understanding differences between regions, countries and products

  • Recommending best practices and solutions to be adopted in the new environment being built, taking into account process simplification and ensuring optimal client experience

  • Setting up the new system

  • Supporting migration of clients and products to the new environment

  • Identifying potential issues and suggesting technology enhancements

  • Project management of specific sub-tasks as part of the broader program

  • Close cooperation with Production Teams, Operations Process Leaders/Managers, Order Management, Client Solution Teams and other stakeholders to achieve the required deliverables

  • Preparing system/process documentation and support for the other teams in the transition period

  • Partners with colleagues at various level within the office and on the market to ensure business needs are met.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the compensation survey area, ideally across different regions

  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment

  • Higher level education in a quantitative field or related discipline

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Able to successfully work individually or as an effective member of a team

  • Experience in working to tight deadlines and managing number of conflicting and/or changing priorities

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner

  • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of database management

  • Exceptional attention to details

  • Fluent command of English (written and spoken)
