Microsoft Corporation Product Marketing Lead Dynamics in Warsaw, Poland

Responsible for driving the business applications (Dynamics) priorities, with an expertise on customer engagement (CRM) and modern operations (ERP and HCM) applications, and redefining business processes by delivering the next generation of purpose-built, cloud-based business applications aligning to the “One Microsoft” and Digital Transformation strategy. The Product Marketing Manager:

  1. Leads local market insight

  2. Drives internal ecosystem and market awareness and excitement

  3. Orchestrates priority execution across marketing, business development, sales, partner, evangelism and services to deliver business outcomes

  4. Collaborates with Account Managers who are selling the entire Microsoft portfolio

  5. Successfully drives business applications opportunities leading to increase the market share

  6. Strong Cloud focus

Experience: 5-8 years of product marketing and solution sales experience in business applications/cloud

Skills & Knowledge

• Understanding Business Decision Maker audience and product marketing within a consultative solution selling approach

• Subject matter expertise in customer engagement and modern operations business applications

• Strong analytical skills and results oriented marketing and sales

• Ability to partner and align cross-segment/subsidiary stakeholders

• Excellent communicator and strong presentations skills

Education: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science. MBA preferred
