Poland Logistic Finance Senior Analyst
Logistics finance analyst – Go to market (MCOs)
Preferred location: Warsaw MCO
1. WORK SUMMARY / Role & Responsibilities
The MCO logistics finance analyst provides business partnering to the logistics team based in the MCOs.
He provides support to the go to market logistics finance manager (GTM LFM) on the key strategic initiatives by providing relevant information and ad hoc analysis. He plays an instrumental role in supporting the Finance Excellence Team and in ensuring that central projects land successfully at local level.
The major accountabilities are:
Finance FPOC for the MCO logistics team; explain results & provide visibility on plans
Build business cases (incl. benchmarking, truck fill, tender support)
Support “local” initiatives in the area RTM ensuring a proper level of connection with the local finance communities
Manages all the relevant month activates not centralized in the central FP&A team (e.g. local bookings)
He provides the relevant input to the FP&A team (e.g. FCST, BP) and ensure MCO alignment to the central processes.
He manages budgeting process both for Distribution Management Costs and SC Indirects
He ensure that local controls are up to standard and that local legal requirements are met in the areas of competence

No direct resources to be managed;
The role, to be effective, has to actively interact, influence and lead different stakeholder in:
Finance: Central logistics finance, MCO BB& controlling, SC FS
Operations: Extended MCO logistics team;Other SC team when relevant (E.g. Customer service, Planning)

Professional qualifications and experience:Financial or Management accounting degree / CIMA.
