Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

PMO Operations Manager, Europe

This role covers the Mondelez Europe CS&L projects, programmes and change portfolio. The job holder will work closely with the Area teams to ensure aligned process and governance is in place. Our mission is to drive visibility of and tracking of the portfolio of projects, which supports decisions on the project portfolio and this role is critical to ensure that projects are managed and visibility is clear for key stakeholders. The role requires the job holder to build a strong network of relationships across CS&L Areas and Towers. It is critical that the job holder is able to frame & communicate information accurately and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish best practice project management processes across Mondelez Europe:

  • Lead & Champion the PMO Approach for Mondelez Europe, ensuring the Project Portfolio is governed through the relevant meeting cycle across the region

  • Drive alignment for the Programme and Project Management framework and ensure that all European CS&L projects' progress is monitored, managed and delivered through an aligned process

  • Develop & embed the Programme and Project Management standards and harmonised reporting, governance and issue escalation approaches across Mondelez Europe

Drive & embed best practice use of Clarizen:

  • Embed best practice use of Clarizen across all Areas, aligned to Tower requirements

  • Define and embed Mondelez Europe scorecard and reporting, for tracking and managing the portfolio

  • Drive effective allocation of Project Management resource to value-adding initiatives

  • Define and recommend future Clarizen developments/improvements to increase efficiency, managing the supplier relationship and contract

Lead PMO Community of Practice across Mondelez Europe:

  • Lead continuous improvement agenda for managing the project portfolio

  • Drive project management learning culture

Provide the Mondelez Europe linkage to the Information Systems community:

  • Provide the link with IS to ensure systems changes and updates are communicated across Europe and understood e.g. SAP upgrade, downtime etc.

  • Ensure IS resource and requirements are embedded into project process & governance cycles

  • Establish clear ways of working with the IS community to support deliver of our programme

  • Experienced Project/Programme Manager, in the Supply Chain environment

  • Experience of pan-European programme management

  • 3+ years experience in Supply Chain

  • Attention to detail & strong analytical skills, ability to manage complexity

  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment

  • Budget control, management and resource allocation skills

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels

  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
