Responsible for the relationship locally in the PMO, attending its specific needs and manages the metrics and the KPIs associated to it.

  • Analyze the Comercial operations, confirm scope, contractual issues and validate risk assumptions from the financial standpoint.

  • Monitoring and control for Marketing and Commercial activities

  • Drives cost monitoring and control.

  • Identify deviations from the standard plan.

  • Compares project performance with benchmark and other internal projects.

  • Identifies root causes for delays or under-performance

  • Identifies potential improvements.

  • Ensure that after the completion of the job all invoices are submitted and the payments are received in accordance with the contractual terms.
