Position Overview Here at inVentiv Health Clinical we are currently looking for a passionate Clinical Operations Manager. As the successful candidate you will deliver quality service to clients via highly successful line management of inVentiv Health Clinical billable employees placed within client organizations. Responsibilities • Deliver quality service to clients via highly successful line management of inVentiv Health Clinical billable employees placed within client organizations

• Provide oversight of employees and effective communication with clients to ensure objectives are being met

• Work closely with client management to identify any issues with employee performance and manage performance in line with company policy ensuring the employee is supported and objectives achieved

• Have a focus on quality metrics and reporting, with ownership of Best Practices and, with HOM, development of global processes

• Create, analyze and report metrics

• Management of IT systems

• Coordination of training and on-boarding

• Work with HOM on regional expansion in conjunction with other service areas

• Support service offerings through RFP development/responses, client presentations and client management

• Manage staff/clients across the region as required

• Provide strong line management and support for employees in a managed team/outsourced/freelance as required

• Identify sales opportunities with new and existing clients

• Actively build the customer base

• Achieve KPIs as per targets

• Achieve assigned revenue and margins

• Accountable for retentions targets for project managed by self and staff managed

• Manage costs in line with company polices to maximize margins

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling

Requirements To be eligible for consideration, you will come with:

• University Degree (medicine or scientific) and previous experience in a business related role within the Pharmaceutical or CRO environment is an asset.

• Supervisory clinical research management experience and knowledge of clinical research processes

• Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams

• Knowledge and experience with Contract Staffing processes desirable

• Understanding of financial management models used in the service industry/ staffing sector

• Understanding of Pharma in assigned geography (-ies)

• Fluency in Polish and English
